Customer Harassment Policy

Japex Co., Ltd. strives to provide honest and courteous service to all customers. We place great importance on maintaining a safe and secure working environment for our staff.

Based on the "Customer Harassment Countermeasures Corporate Manual" issued by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, we define any nuisance behavior by customers as customer harassment. This also applies to social media and the internet operated by Japex.
(The following actions are examples, but are not limited to these.)

  • Abusive language, threatening, insulting remarks, slander
  • Repeated and excessive demands and inappropriate behavior in order to fulfill those demands
  • Aggressive and persistent behavior towards staff, damaging the work environment

If any such behavior is confirmed, we will cease responding, restrict transactions, and take appropriate action with the relevant authorities depending on the situation.

At Japex, we take the opinions and requests of our customers seriously and strive to ensure that you can do business with us with peace of mind. At the same time, we believe that protecting the working environment of our staff is essential to providing better services.
