Summer Holiday Notice

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will be closed for the summer holidays during the following period.

August 12th (Tue) - August 15th (Fri) Summer holidays
Regular business hours from Monday, August 18th

Regarding shipping of your order:
We will continue to ship products that are ready for shipping during the holiday period.

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day (excluding Sundays and holidays)
Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 9th will be shipped on Tuesday, August 12th.

Because we use an automated shipping system, we cannot change the delivery address, specify a delivery date and time,
We are unable to accommodate requests for delivery to a branch office.

[Regarding inquiries]
We will respond to inquiries received during the holiday period in order from Monday, August 18th.
In addition, we will begin handling returns and exchanges, including procedures, and shipping of replacement items from Monday, August 18th.
Please note that it may take some time even after we resume business.
