Rider Support Program Participation Conditions
Participation Requirements
1) MFJ competition licenses are as follows:
Motocross / Enduro / Supermoto / Trials / Road Race / Enjoy
2) The benefit period will be from April 1st to March 31st of the following year, which is the same as the license's validity period.
3) Applicable Boots
How to Participate
1) Fill in the required information on the application form and attach an image of your valid license card.
2) We will process your application within approximately one week (excluding holidays) and notify you of the result via email. Please note that benefits cannot be used until the approval process is complete.
3) Add the eligible products to your cart on the Japex Store to apply the support discount and make your purchase.

We offer a 10% discount on Gaerne competition boots, up to three pairs per year.

What steps do I need to take to receive the discount?
To receive a discount, you must first apply using the application form.
Once we have reviewed your application and the approval process is complete, a 10% support discount will be applied.
What licenses are covered by the support program?
This applies to Competition Licenses (including Enjoy Licenses) issued by the Motorcycle Federation of Japan (MFJ).
What products are eligible for the discount?
Our Gaerne racing boots are now discounted. Enjoy a 10% discount at checkout.
Is there an expiration date for the benefits?
Yes, the validity period is from April 1st to March 31st of the following year.
Can I use this offer multiple times?
No, the Gaerne racing boots will be supported for a maximum of three pairs during the benefit period.
*This does not apply to sizing.
After the period ends, you can reapply with a valid license for the next year, and once approved by us, you will be able to use the benefits for another year (April 1st to March 31st of the following year).
Can I apply if my racing license has expired?
You cannot apply with an expired license. Please prepare a valid license before applying.
Can I use this coupon in conjunction with other coupons?
No. Unfortunately, this coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
I'm not getting a special discount.
You must be logged in to the Japex Store using the email address you provided when you were approved for the Rider Support Program.
Please double check that you are logging in with the correct email address.
How long does it take to be approved after applying?
Please note that our approval process takes approximately one week (excluding holidays), and you will not be able to use the benefits until the approval process is complete.
Can I return or exchange the product?
Yes. However, exchanges are only possible if the item is in stock at the time of exchange. Please complete the exchange procedure here .
