The perfect fit is size S, but since the paddock doesn't include any protectors, I'm wearing size M to give myself some room to wear Urban Pro underneath.

[170cm/67kg/Male] Wearing size: M
I thought it was more sturdy than it looked and easy to use on a motorcycle. The M size was fine for riding a motorcycle, but considering that I'll be using it daily and layering it, I think I might need to go up one size.
