[176cm / 56kg / Male] Worn size: 32 inches
The waist has about four fingers' worth of room, which is an acceptable range for cinching with a belt.
The length is almost the same as 30 inches, and I could wear them without rolling them up.
There is a comfortable amount of room in both the thighs and calves, making them very comfortable to wear. They are sized to allow for layering with tights.
