[176cm / 56kg / Male] Wearing size: 32 inches
The waist has about a four-finger allowance, which is within the acceptable range to be cinched with a belt.
The length is almost the same as a 30-inch, and I could wear them without rolling up the cuffs.
There is a comfortable amount of room in both the thighs and calves. The sizing allows for wearing tights underneath.
