How to Measure Your Size

1. Use a fabric measuring tape to measure your waist circumference at the position where you want to wear the pants (we recommend at or slightly below your navel).
2. Hold the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
3. Relax your stomach when measuring.
4. Ensure the measuring tape is straight all the way around your waist, especially not twisted at the back.
5. Compare with the size chart below.

Wearing size: 30 inches
Wearing size 30 inches, the fit was just right. The waist can be adjusted slightly with the side Velcro straps.
There was plenty of room around the knees, making it comfortable to bend and stretch my legs. It felt like it would smoothly accommodate riding movements.
