The model in the photo with the white background is approximately 183cm tall, weighs 83kg, and is wearing size 34. The model is wearing knee braces under the pants in the photo.

How to measure

1. Using a fabric tape measure, measure the circumference of your waist where you intend to wear the pants (we recommend the same height as your navel, or slightly below).
2. Hold the tape measure parallel to the ground.
3. Measure with your stomach muscles relaxed.
4. Ensure the tape measure is straight all the way around your waist and not twisted, especially at the back.
5. Compare with the size chart below.

Size worn: 30 inches
I wore the 30-inch size. It felt a bit tight at first, but after wearing them a few times, they became a perfect fit. The waist can be adjusted slightly with the side Velcro.
There is plenty of room around the knees, making them comfortable to bend and stretch. They seem to adapt smoothly to movement while riding.

I wore the 34-inch size. There was a nice amount of room overall, and the fit was comfortable and easy to move in while riding.
