Please read before purchasing

Gaerne products are designed for riding, so the sizing is different from regular shoes. Each model also has a different last, sole shape, and sole manufacturing method, so the sizing varies. We have prepared a size chart based on the sole and last data for each model, so please use it to help you choose your size.

Gaerne Floating System

This is Gaerne's innovative system that combines safety and maneuverability. The "center wishbone frame," the core of this system, is positioned above the boot, allowing for natural movement in the direction of operation without interfering. In the unlikely event of an accident, the highly rigid carbon composite frame regulates movement, protecting the ankle from strong lateral, twisting, and rearward impacts.

BOA closure system

The GP-1 LS uses the BOA closure system. BOA is an innovative system that winds wire by turning a dial, allowing for quick and uniform adjustment of the boot. It provides a natural fit and allows for precise adjustment. The dial can be released with one touch for quick loosening.

Rubber guard

Rubber grip guards are attached to the calf and heel areas, which come into contact with the machine. They enhance the sense of unity with the machine and protect your feet from the heat generated by the machine.

Low-friction magnesium sliders are placed on the toe and heel areas. A plastic slider is also attached to the top of the front shin plate, which comes into contact with the road during deep lean. All sliders can be easily replaced with just a Phillips head screwdriver.

Heel shock absorber

The heel area has a built-in shock absorber that protects the heel, which is prone to hitting when you fall, and absorbs the shock when you do fall.

Gaerne original sole

The newly designed Gaerne original sole combines different rubber compounds and features a functional pattern. It accurately conveys the machine's movements and has high grip, allowing you to concentrate on riding safely even on rainy days. The arch of the foot rises all the way to the side of the boot, making it suitable for a variety of footwork.
