The Gaerne SG-22 Gore-Tex Enduro is the latest motocross boot designed for enduro, building on the SG-12, which has been trusted by top riders in off-road motorcycle competitions for over a decade. In addition to the innovative technology of the standard SG-22, it is equipped with waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex to provide comfort in any environment.

Furthermore, as each model features different lasts, sole shapes, and construction methods, the sizing varies accordingly. Ultra-Lightweight Aluminum Buckles (Type D)

Features lightweight aluminum buckles with a new finish. The top buckle offers 3-position adjustment in addition to standard strap adjustment. Furthermore, the front shin guard also features 2-position adjustment, improving fit for calf size and knee guard compatibility.

Excellent Breathability

The SG-22 ventilation system combines large front air vents with 3D channels to expel moisture and efficiently dissipate heat, ensuring comfort during long rides.

3D Main Body Toe Box

The reduced height of the toe box provides increased flexibility, allowing for faster and smoother shifting.

New Razorback Design and Dual-Stage Pivot System

The newly designed Razorback reduces boot weight. Gaerne’s proprietary Dual-Stage Pivot System is equipped with two limit switches to prevent hyperextension, hyperflexion, and excessive lateral movement of the ankle, enhancing rider safety.

High-Grip Rubber Inserts

The inner side that contacts the motorcycle features special grip guard rubber. This enhances protection while increasing friction for a more direct feel.

Equipped with Gore-Tex

Adopts waterproof and highly breathable Gore-Tex to keep your feet dry during long rides.

Ergonomic Ankle Support

The geometry of the ankle pivot system has been redesigned to achieve a structure that more closely mimics the natural movement of the ankle without sacrificing safety.

Memory Foam Interior

Features memory foam on the inside for a snug fit around the ankle, improving stability and comfort.

Equipped with High-Grade Insoles

Uses high-grade insoles to support proper foot positioning. The heel section uses shock-absorbing material for an improved fit.

Sole Construction Method

Gaerne is particularly meticulous about the construction of its soles, as this method significantly impacts not only comfort but also protection. Gaerne competition boots employ the traditional North Italian "Norwegian" construction, also known as "Norvegiese." A major advantage of this method is the extremely high rigidity of the sole. This method has been a focus of founder Mr. Gazzola since the company's inception and can only be performed by skilled craftsmen. This is why Gaerne boots are still made in Italy today.

Usage Precautions

• The pivot screws on the frame are treated with threadlocker; attempting to remove or tighten them yourself may lead to damage to the frame or screw heads.
• For frame replacement, please consult the Gaerne repair service, "J-Repair."
• Please note that tightening the buckle screws with excessive force may strip the threads or damage the buckles.
