Main unit
The boots are made of a synthetic leather called microfiber, which has the texture of genuine leather, and feature Gaerne's traditional careful stitching and excellent manufacturing techniques for a high-quality finish. Microfiber is soft and does not require breaking in like genuine leather boots, so you can enjoy comfortable wear from the day you buy them.
The extensive shirring from the rear of the boot to the ankle improves mobility and allows for smooth stride work.
Interior
The interior is made of quick-drying polyester mesh, which prevents stuffiness in the summer and keeps you comfortable even when wearing them for long periods of time.
Heat-moldable fiber is built into the heel and toe for complete protection.
Adjustable aluminum buckle
Equipped with an adjustable aluminum buckle, it allows for fine adjustment in 3mm increments on the strap side, as well as two-step 8mm adjustment on the lever side.
The buckle base also has screw holes that allow it to be adjusted in two stages (22mm movement), so you can adjust it perfectly to fit your feet.
Sole
The reliable Vibram block sole is used. The carefully designed block pattern provides the same grip as outdoor shoes, allowing you to walk comfortably on any surface.

Each product is handmade by artisans at the Gaerne factory in the Veneto region of Italy.

Gaerne boots are handmade products, made one by one by artisans. Small scratches or uneven coloring of the leather may occur during the manufacturing process, but Japex does not consider these to be defects. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
