I have really short legs, so I hope this helps any riders with the same concern.
I usually wear size 36 or 38 in pants (Uniqlo). If I prioritize leg length, it's 36, but if I want a looser waist, it's 38.
My size review of the Jackson is that it’s incredibly easy to wear thanks to the inner mesh, as expected from PMJ. I was worried about my short, thick legs, but the fabric is very stretchy, making it effortless to get on and off the bike, and truly stress-free even when riding. I squatted down to set up my camera and realized I was wearing jeans – that's how stress-free it felt.
The elastic around the waist also fits nicely, and I'll say it again, it's truly stress-free. This is the best pair for riders with thick legs who think they can't wear PMJ pants; I highly recommend them.

For PMJ sizing, we recommend comparing the dimensions in the size chart to a pair of jeans you already own.
The key is to match based on the waist width. If you regularly wear hip protectors, choose one size up. Also, since dimensions vary by model, please refer to the specific size chart for each model.

※Due to the good stretch, the waist width can extend up to approximately 3cm from the stated measurement.

Staff Try-on Review

I've previously worn PMJ's "Deus J Model" and "Dakar" in size 36 inches. The thighs were snug, and the waist had a little room.
The "Jackson" has an overall relaxed silhouette, and the fabric has good stretch, so I felt like I could probably go down one size.
However, since the two models I already own fit just right, keeping this one with its generous fit seems perfectly fine.
The length might be a bit long for a Japanese physique, but wearing them boot-out gives a relaxed look and achieves a good balance.

T-Stretch® Fabric

A single-layer fabric woven from denim yarn and TWARON® stretch ballistic fiber. It offers strong bonding, abrasion and tear resistance, while also being lighter, more breathable, and more stretchy for a comfortable fit.

Safety Standards

This product is certified [AA] in the CE standard (general riding category [EN17092]) durability test. [AA] is the middle rank in this standard, indicating resistance to abrasion at medium speeds (75km/h).

Protectors

CE certified (protector category [EN1621-1]) knee and hip protectors are standard equipment. The knee protectors can be removed from the inside. They can also be adjusted by approximately 8cm vertically with Velcro. The hip protectors are removable with Velcro.
