Fully Waterproof and Dustproof Saddlebags for Off-Road and Adventure Bikes – Next-Generation Model
Blizzard 2 Saddlebags are luggage designed to be mounted on the rear sides of off-road and adventure bikes without the need for frames or racks. Completely redesigned from the previous model, they are now more rugged, lightweight, and versatile. Even during intense off-road riding, the bags remain securely fastened to the bike without shifting or coming loose.
The standout feature is the innovative, patented "CRR (Crash-Replace-Ride On) Breakaway System." The CRR parts connecting the main bag to the front straps are designed to break intentionally during a crash, allowing the front straps to detach and protect the bag from damage. You can easily replace the detached front straps with the included spare CRR parts without tools, allowing you to get back on the road immediately.
The tear-resistant, three-layer special fabric has improved tear and abrasion resistance, utilizing new, lightweight, and environmentally friendly materials. Of course, the standard Enduristan features—waterproof, dustproof, mud-proof, and snow-proof—are still present.
Equipped with the patented ESI (Enduristan Standard Interface) system at a total of seven locations on the connection points between the left and right bags and on the bags themselves. You can freely attach ESI-compatible expansion bags to adjust the storage capacity according to the rider's needs.
The impact from a fall off-road can reach forces of several hundred kilograms, making it technically difficult for even the most robust bags and bikes to remain completely undamaged. Furthermore, if a bag is damaged in a crash, field repairs are difficult, and waterproof integrity is often lost. With the Blizzard 2 Saddlebags, we changed our approach by incorporating the CRR Breakaway System. When a force exceeding 200kg is applied due to a fall, the CRR parts linking the bag to the front straps intentionally break, allowing the straps to detach and shielding the main bag from damage. After a fall, you can get back on the road simply by attaching the included spare parts to the front straps. Each set of Blizzard 2 Saddlebags comes with a total of two spare CRR parts.
Industry-Leading Abrasion Resistance
The three-layer special fabric used in the Blizzard 2 Saddlebags boasts tear and abrasion resistance that significantly surpasses both previous models and competitor products. In Enduristan's internal testing, it recorded 22% higher abrasion resistance than the best material among competitors.
Moreover, this material is PVC-free. While offering excellent durability, it is lightweight, environmentally friendly, and does not produce hazardous substances when disposed of. The Blizzard 2 Saddlebags are lightweight and rugged while reducing environmental impact.
Flexible and Secure Fastening
There are two ways to mount the Blizzard 2 Saddlebags. The first is the traditional strap method, and the second is the new "Anchor Lock System." The Anchor Lock System uses small aluminum anchors bolted to the bike frame, allowing for easy bag attachment. The anchors are designed to be compact and unobtrusive when the bags are removed.
The bag width adjustment has also been improved, allowing for easier mounting and adjustment, even under tandem grips. They fit any seat width and securely hold the bags in place, even off-road.
Expandable Modular Design
The left and right bags are equipped with the ESI (Enduristan Standard Interface) system at three locations each—the flap protecting the roll-top, the front, and the rear—as well as on the bridge connecting the two bags. You can freely attach expansion bags to your preferred locations to customize your storage capacity.
The interface on the seat section is extremely thin, so it doesn't get in the way when you lean back or move your body on the bike off-road, and you can ride tandem if no additional bags are attached. The outside of the flap protecting the roll-top is equipped with the ESI system, while the inside features a zippered pocket on one bag (convenient for documents and small items) and an elastic band on the other (ideal for items you want to access quickly, such as spare gloves or a rain jacket).
What is ESI (Enduristan Standard Interface)?
ESI is a new expansion system adopted by Enduristan.
By adding compatible expansion bags or bottle holders, you can build a storage environment that matches your usage and travel style.
Place tools in easy-to-access positions or keep frequently used small items within reach.
A key feature is the ability to slowly grow and customize the setup to your own specifications.
Since it can be used across compatible products, you aren't just buying a bag—you are building a travel system itself.
KEY FEATURES
Fully waterproof, dustproof, and sand-proof thanks to seam-welded construction
Uses a PVC-free three-layer special fabric that is even more resistant to friction and tearing (outperforming materials known for abrasion resistance like Cordura®)
Enduristan's patented "ESI (Enduristan Standard Interface)" expansion system
No racks or frames required; the bags mount directly to the motorcycle
Suitable for bikes with limited cargo space, from street bikes and enduro racers to adventure bikes, trail bikes, and off-road bikes with thin rear fenders
Designed to handle high-mobility riding; provides the same handling feel as when the bags aren't there. Even when leaning back, your legs are less likely to hit the bags
Interior features a red-colored coating, making it easy to find items even in dim light, forests, or snow
Roll-top opening (fold three times and secure with buckles) with a protective flap
Inside the protective flap: one side has a zippered pocket for documents and small items; the other side has an elastic band for securing gloves or rain gear
Washable with water
Included Accessories
1 strap (for the rear-fastening strap method)
2 sets of straps with aluminum anchor pins/lock parts (for the rear-fastening Anchor Lock System)
2 spare CRR parts
2 protective stickers to prevent the CRR system from scratching the bike
