Packed with the know-how of hiking boots, these shoes, despite their simple shape, feature a three-layer Norwegian-welted sole, fiber cups in the toe and heel, and an inner foam that gently envelops the foot.
They are packed with technology for riding. The crystallization of Gaerne's technology is the No.145.
These boots come with a leather tag made from the same full-grain leather as the upper.
Since it is crafted with the same thickness and dye as the shoes, you can feel and verify the quality and substantiality of the material firsthand. From the cross-section, you can see that thick leather is used generously.
The tag is embossed with the GAERNE logo and "MADE IN ITALY." It quietly tells the story of the reliable background and the manufacturer's attitude. It is a small testament that allows you to see and feel how high-quality leather the boots use, and even enjoy the changes over time.
The leather tag included with this product will be available for models produced from December 2025 onwards. It is not included with earlier models.

"足の長さが右２７，左２８センチで２８を購入しました。 足幅が広い方向けと思います。自分に合ったインソールを最初から使うと靴擦れし難いかと。手元に届いたら革の状態を確認の上、手入れをしてからの使用を勧めます。 もし当たりが強く靴擦れするなら、履いて馴染ませるより当たる場所を道具を使ってほんの少し伸ばす方が早くて快適です。 フーガよりも履き心地は良いので、どちらにするか悩むのでしたら１４５を試すべきでしょう。 たまたまハズレの個体だったのか、付属の靴紐の品質は良くないです。一度の使用で靴紐がループ状にほつれました。切れたりはしていません。大した問題ではないので好みの靴紐に換えればよいだけです。 ソールの接着剤が多すぎて垂れていたりするのはご愛敬です。"

"10年以上前から憧れのNo. 145をやっと購入しました。サイズはハイグレードインソールを入れたかったので、皆さんのレビューから、そもそも大きめということでしたので、いつものスニーカーサイズを購入しました。最初に脚を入れた時はキツイかと思いましたが、ほんの少し履いているうちに慣れてきて大きいかなと思うくらいになりました。 ワンサイズ下と2足を送って頂いて試着した方が良かったかも知れません。 硬さはさほど気になりませんよ。 スニーカーよりは勿論硬いですけど、最初からライディングには支障はありませんでした。 でも慣れていない方は数日間普段使いして慣らしてからの方が良いかも知れませんね。 ライディングブーツとしては勿論、普段使いとしてもとっても良いブーツです。 カラーはワインレッドを購入しましたが写真より赤いですね。写真では茶色よりかと思いました。 もう一足、黒も欲しくなりました。"

"身長177cm体重75kgで普段スニーカー着用サイズは28. 0もしくは28. 5cmなので、No. 145は27. 5か28. 0cmだろうと予想して注文した。 ところが27. 5cmでも大きく、27. 0cmで甲と親指付け根部が少しきついかなというサイズ感だった。 革ということもあり自分の足型に合わせていくには27. 0cmが適当だろうと判断した。 通勤時に1万歩程度歩いて慣らしてみたが、まだまだ革は硬いし脱ぎ履きはし難く、きつい箇所は痛みが生じる。 これからじっくりと時間をかけて履き慣らし自分の足にジャストフィットさせたい。 なお、バイク乗車時のシフトアップは慣れが必要で、シフトパッド部ではなくつま先でペダルを上げてしまうこが多いが、これも時間をかけて慣れていきたい。 上記は買った直後の雑感ではあるが、本商品は履き慣らした後のレビューも必要だと思う。"
