December 20, 2025 [Notice] Year-End and New Year Holiday Closure

Thank you for always using the Japax Store.
Please note that our company will be closed for the New Year holidays during the following period.

＜New Year Holiday Period＞
December 25 (Thu) Normal business hours (Order deadline is 11:00 AM)
December 26 (Fri) - January 4 (Sun) New Year Holiday
January 5 (Mon) Normal business hours

Orders will be accepted during the holiday period,
however, please note that orders placed after 11:00 AM on December 25 (Thu)
will be shipped after January 5 (Mon).

As we use an automated shipping system, we are unable to accommodate changes to delivery addresses, specific dates/times, cancellations after order confirmation,
or delivery to business offices.

Shipments and inquiries after the holidays will be handled in sequence.
