[STEP 1] Order the product you want to try

*Multiple orders are possible (excluding some items such as outlet items, T-shirts, sweatshirts, and moto jerseys)

[STEP 2] Try it on at home!

*Please leave the tags on and be careful not to fold or tear them. Please try on items only indoors.

[STEP 3] Keep only your favorite items and return the rest cash on delivery

Please return the product within 8 business days of receiving it.
*Please pack the item in a cardboard box along with the delivery note and return it by cash on delivery.
*Please store all products, accessories, tags, etc. in the outer bag in the same condition as when they were delivered.

Precautions

*Returns and exchanges cannot be made through this service in the following cases*

  • Products that have been used at least once. (Trying on is OK.)
  • Products with tags, labels, etc. removed.
  • Products whose packaging or accessories have been lost or damaged.
  • Products that have become smelly, dirty, scratched or damaged while in the customer's possession.
  • Items that have been altered, washed, and cleaned.
  • Products that have been received more than 8 business days ago.

*The page for eligible products will have the notation "Free trial service eligible products" as shown in the red box below.
Please note that products marked as "non-returnable/non-exchangeable" are not eligible.

FAQ

Q. If the product is different from what I expected, will the return shipping be free?

A. Even if the product is different from what you expected, there is no shipping charge for returns.

Q: Do I have to pay when I place an order?

A. Even if you order multiple items, payment will be required for all items at the time of ordering.
We will refund the returned items in order. Please refer to our " Refund Policy " for details on refund procedures.

Q.How many items can I order at the same time?

A.You can order up to 10 items eligible for the service per order.

Q: What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

A. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow the procedure on this " Free Try-On Service " page.

Q. The scheduled pickup time has arrived but the item has not arrived. I would like to change the pickup date and time.

A. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact your nearest Sagawa Express office or driver.
